This is our own family's holiday home by the sea. We're not able to get away to use it as much as we'd like, so we would like to share it with others who can enjoy the beach, local walks and days out, all from a bright and spacious house in a rural lane.
We're also on both AirBnb and TripAdvisor, but for best prices then email us.

Rules
We'd like our guests to treat the place as if it were their own home and we do charge a returnable damage deposit. We'd prefer to let our house to families. We're unable to accept pets. We don't have every amenity that you could need, so do check with us what we're able to provide and what we're not.
We request 25% of the rental as deposit for the booking and the balance to be paid six weeks before arrival. In the event that you have to cancel we'll try to re-let, and then return you sums that minimise your losses and ours. Because we can't guarantee a full refund, we do advise you to take out holiday insurance.
